This package focuses on the wedding day itself, making sure all things are organized and prepared for a smooth event day from start to finish. Starting with a details meeting 4-6 weeks prior to event date. Then we run your rehearsal the day prior, and are with you for the entirety of the wedding day to set up all personal decor items, check in and out all vendors, and get you through the timeline we create together! Ensuring you and your family get to fully enjoy the day without a worry in the world!

This Package is an addition to Wedding day Management package with more hands on assistance. With this package we also handle all vendor communication prior to event, help you create your decor and design ideas and are here as an assist  you the last few months leading up to your wedding day!

This package provides everything you need to plan your big day from start to finish! We will be there for you from the very beginning until the end of your wedding night. We provide you with amazing vendors in each area to choose from, we will assist with budgeting and help you plan one step at a time guiding you through the planning process to ensure you are as stress free as possible! 

Starting at $5,295

If you are not sure you need a coordinator that fits within the services provided in our other set packages and just need some advice, we can sit down together to discuss and help you map out the planning process. We assist with budgeting, vendor recommendations and give you a guide to help you along the way, as well as answer any questions you have! $250 per hour
